 COVID 19

UPDATED march 2023

Currently masks are optional as long as you do not have symptoms. Seasonally I may reintroduce masking requirements again in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

I ask that you please monitor yourself for symptoms and reschedule if you are feeling unwell.

please come alone to your appointment and I kindly ask you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment at this time.

Please cancel or reschedule if:

If you or anyone in your household have results pending for a COVID-19 test please reschedule. If you have received a positive COVID-19 test, please reschedule once you have been symptom free for 72 hours or ten days has passed since your positive test (whichever is greater). If you have a fever and/or feel generally under the weather, please reschedule.

 CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours prior to your service. This helps me to have the appropriate amount of time to give the open spot to someone else who is waiting for availability. If you do not cancel within 48 hours a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked service cost will be charged.

"NO- SHOW" POLICY

If you are unable to make your appointment and do not let me know there will be a no-show charge of 50% of your booked service cost.

LATE POLICY

I understand that life happens, if you arrive late to your appointment I will do everything I can to still accommodate you in the time frame that we have together. However in order to respect my following clients time, sometimes rescheduling your appointment is necessary if you are 15+ minutes late.

Kids POLICY

Unfortunately there are just much too many liabilities for children in the salon and it’s safer for them to not attend your color appointment. I ask that you please arrange child care for the day of your appointment.

REDOS/ADJUSTMENTS

If you are not happy with your color, please contact me via email. I will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your hair appointment. Anything beyond 2 weeks is considered a new color service.

*please keep in mind that this is a courtesy service meant to fix reasonable requests, not to drastically change what was achievable and discussed in the original color session.
